What is a neutral space? Who is a neutral space for, and could it even exist? Is it possible to turn the former Islamiska Kulturcenter into a neutral space that would serve the whole community? What about the wants and needs of the people. Are their voices being heard? The film is an exploration of the social and religious meaning the Islamic culture center had, and the memories of it from a local perspective.
